• If the client is not satisfied with the work, the same must be communicated within 10 days from the start of the work.
• Any request for refund raised after 10 days shall not be entertained, and the work will be considered accepted.
• No refund will be applicable once 10 days have passed after the commencement of work.

5. Leads & Performance Disclaimer

• Once any service is initiated, including but not limited to website development, social media handling, digital marketing, or related services, we do not guarantee leads, sales, or business outcomes.
• Performance may vary based on multiple external factors such as market conditions, audience response, budget, and client cooperation.

6. Course Enrollment & Certification

• Course access is provided upon full payment.
• Sharing your course login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Certificates will only be awarded after completing the course and assessments as required.

8. Client Responsibilities

Delays in response or content delivery from the client may impact project timelines.
